That being said, it is surprising how many answers are out there if you just look. I rely so deeply on the internet-forum-based-problem solving method that I can say without YOU, the contributors to forums, I would be useless. I have to weigh in on all of our tech implementation, but I work - in optimal cases - with very talented engineers who know way more than me. I'm the classic case of lots of experience with little actual knowledge. And with my bluetooth headphones I can barely hear the fans! And, just got a ROG laptop so I could edit and composite media on the road. I build out my own PCs, and I love my ASUS motherboards. One of the things that keeps me coming back is what I call "connective tissue" You know, all of the stuff that goes between your named components. ![]() I have found a lot of reliability in ASUS. It's like being Tom Hanks in "Big", and I try to always keep that in mind (when jet lagging, or missing my kids, or motion sick) that I do for work, what other people dream of doing on vacation.įrom a ASUS / ROG standpoint, I am a real brand loyalist. I travel with a VR Gear 2 in my backpack! I just rode a simulator for over 30 hours. It's a lot of effort but it beats working! I travel all over the world to visit manufacturers and job sites. ![]() ![]() I design and produce attractions and media for theme parks.
